Quarterly Byline Report: Michael Walsh
The first quarter of 2025 witnessed the second inauguration of President Donald Trump. That was followed by an initiative to completely overhaul the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Agency for International Development, and U.S. Agency for Global Media.
